PoPo’s Ponchos

popos

While attending a local baby fair last year, I discovered a little west coast gem known as Po Po’s Ponchos.  Created by a fellow Vancouverite mompreneur, Po Po’s are the perfect solution for keeping your wee ones warm this fall and winter.   They are hand made and they are GORGEOUS!  And not just in looks, but also in feel because they are made from super soft anti-piling microfiber, and they are just so snugly.

Since my daughter is one of those squirmy don’t-tell-me-to-put-my-arms-in-those-sleeves kind of girls, our poncho has been a dream come true.  It is so easy to put on and Maddie has so much maneuverability in it once it’s on.  And we get compliments… oooh the compliments.  I’ve actually considered carrying around business cards for Po Po’s so that I can just give them out when people ask.  (It’s amazing what kind of conversations a poncho can start up!)

Sized for kids zero to six years, Po Po’s has a whole bunch of fun and funky color combo’s to choose from.  Retailing for about $45 CAD, these ponchos make a really unique and practical gift for any tot under the age of six.  The only trouble you’ll have is deciding which one to buy!  A few styles are available on-line at Raspberry Kids or go to the Po Po’s website for the full list.   Or, and here is a list of Canadian retailers.
