Redfish Kids is a clothing line started by Canadian designer and mother of two Lorraine Kitsos. Much of Lorraine’s inspiration for her clothing comes from cities like Shanghai, Tokyo, and Hong Kong, and while some of this Asian influence is obvious in her t-shirt graphics, including Buddha Clouds and White Sushi, others like Apples and Pears on Brown, Back to School, and Insects in Blue, can simply be described as exquisitely beautiful works of art that your child can wear.
What you might not be able to tell from the picture above or even from the Redfish Kids website is that each image on a Redfish t-shirt is sewn onto the shirt applique style, resulting in the graphic really standing out against the cotton shirt. All shirts are 100% cotton and 100% sweatshop free, and when ordering from the Redfish website, you have the chance to create a truly unique and individual shirt for your child by selecting the image, the size (three months to eight), colour (grey, white, or black), and the sleeve length (short or long) for your onesie or t-shirt.
