Cure Teething Pain Naturally

As I apparently cut my first tooth at three months it wasn’t exactly a huge surprise when Little Miss started showing all the signs of teething at two months. We bought her a teething necklace – which definitely helped – but I wanted something that I could give her that would soothe her obvious discomfort, and I wasn’t comfortable giving her Tylenol on what was pretty much a daily basis. One day when Little Miss was fussing I was at a friend’s and she reached into her purse and handed me one of these little Camilia teething capsules.

A homeopathic remedy by Boiron the teething remedy is so designed for moms – it comes in 30 individual doses of 1ml each and all you do is twist off the top and you’re good to go.  Made with Belladonna, Chamomilla, and Ferrum Phos (but sugar and alcohol free) this mixture eases gum soreness, as well as calms and soothes your poor child. I was so impressed with how well the Camilia that I picked up the cold product, Coryzalia, which worked great too.

And while I’m waiting for the dose to kick in I calm myself by reading the dosage info on the side of the box – makes me laugh every time!

Emily is very proud to be one of the Spilt Milk Moms ‘founding mothers’ as well as being Mama to “Little Miss” (who was born in August 2009) and Wifelet to her Husbando. She spent seven years living in London which helped her to develop a keen eye for amazing products from around the world. As an actress and producer, Emily ensured her place in hell with over 3 years in children’s advertising (her job was “to create want where there is no need!”) but looks to undo the damage by finding the best things around for mamas and little ones. Emily is always ready with fresh baking, a silly song, or a glass of chardonnay and is renowned for always being overdressed and having a killer collection of heels that she’s not afraid to wear (even whilst babywearing!). I started with the Tiny Teethers hazelwood necklace which worked great. But then a friend of mind told me to try Camilia and I’ve used it ever since (along with the hazelwood necklace). I preferred giving my little one the Camilia over the Tylenol as I am too not comfortable about giving her drugs at such a young age (although doctor says its ok!). I also bought the Coryzalia and I love it. It clears a runny nose quick.

We used these religiously when our girl was teething… along with the homeopathic teething tablets, we rarely resorted to tylenol, only with the molars!

I can’t say enough about the children’s products!! We used the Camilia and the teething tablets, as well as the cold remedy and they all work so wonderfully! I always have a it on hand for those late night and weekend emergencies. What is really great and reassuring is that you cannot overdose your child with homeopathics…compared to traditional medicine. We are also a big fans of the other products for adults…and always get excellent results. I am so happy to know about these products and share it with all my friends!!

My son, whose one, has had the worst runny nose in the history of runny noses the past few days. After 2 days, he was starting to swoop and dive whenever I came anywhere near him with a kleenex. I read Emily’s review, and figured the Coryzlia was worth a try. I couldn’t believe how quickly it cleared up his runny nose! It lasts for about 2 or 3 hours, and when the runny nose returns you can give another dose and away it goes. Wonderful! Kash’s nose thanks you for the review!!!!
