Have you ever stood in front of the fridge holding the deli meat you purchased last week and wondered if it was still safe to eat?  This happens to me ALL the time, and usually I err on the side of caution and toss items that make me suspicious.  I can’t help but take my family’s health and safety seriously, and anything that makes it easier to identify problems with how we handle food or what and how we eat is a good thing!
