The Spilt Milk Moms only review products we have actually been able to use. This means that we won’t write about your product because you ask us to or because you send us a link. We want to try it out and see how it fares in the real world.
We operate a ‘warts and all’ review policy. Our readers are too important to us to sugarcoat the truth. If a product works for us then our enthusiasm is genuine, and if it doesn’t then our disappointment is too.
We do not return products we are sent to review. If you send us a product without contacting us first (as per the above) we do not guarantee a review, nor will we return the product. Unwanted products will be donated to charity.
We do not accept financial compensation to write reviews. If we ever do write a sponsored post we will make it clear at the beginning of the post that this is the case. We reserve the right to let our readers know if we were sent a product as opposed to having discovered it ourselves. We have no intention of ever being anything other than transparent with our readers.
All products for review MUST be available in, or be able to be shipped to, Canada. There will be absolutely no exceptions to this rule.
We ♥ giveaways (and interestingly enough, all things pirate) and love nothing more than being able to share our love of a product with our readers. If you would like to do a giveaway with us we ask that you handle fulfillment. Our winners are chosen at random via Random.org and we will provide you with their mailing details. We ask that all giveaways be fulfilled within 30 days of the contest closing date.
